In 2004, a 50 year pin will be awarded to this Master Mason. From the earliest chance, his father, a past master, raised him in Fidelity Lodge of Melrose and he became part of the Railroad Masons from his work on the towers as a train director in his early 20's. He is a Korean War Veteran and a GI with a Purple Heart from some war shrapnel. He went to Northeastern University on the GI Bill. A "late bloomer" he met and married his wife, a passenger on his train in 1962. His hobbies are simple: "... staying active in Masonry" and "walking Rusty the dog!" |
